Shipping Policy
All of our truffles and confections are hand made to order, therefore we only ship once a week, on Mondays. In order to allow time to create your treats, all orders must be placed by Friday 5 p.m. for shipment on Monday. All other orders will be held until the next week. However, we understand that sometimes things come up at the last minute. If you need an order quickly, please

and we will do our best to accommodate your order. Orders will be shipped USPS.
Cancellations & Returns
We take great pride in creating our chocolate confections and do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of shipping food content, it is not possible to return an order once shipped. Orders may be canceled prior to shipping by contacting

with your order number. All sales are final.
We strive to maintain the highest quality products possible. Should you be unhappy with your order in any way, please contact us at and let us know what the issue is. We will do everything reasonable to rectify the situation in a timely manner.
Warm Weather Policy
Applies to any orders that include chocolate truffles or confections. Caramels do not require warm weather shipping. Unfortunately, chocolate melts, therefore extra precautions must be made to insure that your truffles and confections arrive in perfect condition. Between the dates of May 1 through October 1, all packaging shall include cool shield bubble wrap (FDA Approved) and cold bricks or packs (FDA Approved). While these dates are estimates, Mother Nature often has her own idea and we may need to extend the time period. During this time, orders will only be shipped USPS Express Mail. Exceptions may apply to those in the Bay Area, where USPS Priority may be available. However, Truffles in Paradise is not responsible for the condition of your order if you choose this option. It is recommended that you deliver to a place where somebody will be available to receive the chocolates.
A $5 fee will be added to your order to cover the extra cost of the warm weather packaging.
