All of our creations have stories behind them.  Perhaps a trip,  a memory of childhood, a favorite drink or cake, favorite flavors of loved ones – inspiration comes from many places.

We use locally, ethically sourced ingredients when we can, including hormone free dairy from farms only a few miles from our chocolate kitchen.  We feel that the end result will not be one of quality unless every ingredient is as perfect as possible.  There are no flavorings, but rather real fruit that is cooked down.  All alcohol used is the real thing, no artificial flavorings allowed!

Italian Balsamic Fig

The Isle of Capri looks over to Sorrento, Italy – home of arguably the best Balsamic in the world. The best fig jam, Fichi Confettura Extra, has been produced in this region since 1890. Our award-winning Italian Balsamic Fig confection was inspired by my husband’s business travels to Italy. When he returned with a Sorrento Aged Balsamic and Fichi Fig Jam, it seemed only natural to turn them into a wonderful confection! The creamy fig ganache has a sweet ribbon of reduced aged balsamic running through it with a layered dollop of fig jam and just a dash of balsamic vinegar. The creaminess of the fig and white chocolate ganache perfectly compliments the fruitiness and acidity of the aged balsamic vinegar. In a word? Yum!

Boyer’s Rocky Mountain Thunder

Our chocolatier created a liquor by infusing vodka with freshly ground RMT coffee bean, roasted locally in Denver, CO. Blended with a creamy semi-sweet chocolate ganache with hints of Tahitian vanilla, this creates a perfect little pick me up. *Contains alcohol

This confection was inspired by our Honeymoon visit to the Vanilla Plantations on the island of Le Taha’a in French Polynesia.   Creamy and mild 63% dark chocolate ganache infused with Tahitian vanilla, hand dipped in dark chocolate. Designs may vary.

Memories of brown sugar cookies was the inspiration for this delicious confection.  Rich buttery brown sugar buttercream hand dipped in semi-sweet chocolate and topped with classic Jimmies.

Logan’s Cranberry Ginger Lime Fizz


Crafted for my teenage son, also known as the “Official Taste Tester of Truffles in Paradise,”  the inspiration for this piece comes from his favorite drink I make him every year for his birthday – ginger ale, cranberry juice, and freshly squeezed lime juice.  It is always a favorite amongst his friends, so I decided to make him his own confection.  White chocolate ganache infused with ginger and blended with cranberry, topped off with a dollop of house-made lime curd.

Lemon Créme

One of our newer pieces.  A beautiful flower filled with a tart and sweet lemon buttercream.  Like a cool glass of lemonade.

A classic favorite, filled with a creamy orange buttrcream.  

Strawberry Fields

A childhood favorite, reminiscent of picking fresh strawberries during summer break.  Only now, it’s all grown up with the addition of a rich coating of 63% chocolate.

Lemon Lime

Tart and sweet is one of life’s perfect combinations.  Meyer lemon ganache is paired with the sweetness of white chocolate, with a dollop of house made lime curd.  Covered in 63% chocolate.

Triple Threat 

This is for the chocolate lover who can’t decide between white, dark or milk chocolate. White chocolate ganache pairs perfectly with a bittersweet chocolate ganache. Both are then hand piped into a creamy milk chocolate shell striped with both white and dark chocolate. Heaven!

Two Thumbs Up

While doing a tradeshow a few years ago, we had a group of kids ask why so many of our pieces have alcohol, and where are the kid-friendly ones?  Our chocolatier layered gooey caramel with a creamy milk chocolate ganache, but could not think of a name.  When she sampled this piece at the shows, and asked the kids what they thought, they always gave 2 thumbs up.  So…Two Thumbs Up it is!

One of our chocolatier’s favorite coffee drinks condensed into a confection.  Coffee ganache topped with white chocoalte “foam” drizzled with gooey caramel is the perfect pick me up.
